Full of Laughs!

Road Trip

Two weeks ago Parker, myself, GiGi (my mom) and my Aunt Laura traveled down to South Carolina to see my grandmother. This would be the first time Parker would meet his Great Grandma Lemley as well as Cousin Kendall and new Cousin Brecken, his Great Aunt Carol and Great Uncle Dave. While we were there we also got to celebrate Great Grandma Lemley's 87th birthday. Way to go Grandma! The boys had a fun time with her and I think she enjoyed their company too. The weekend was surely filled with lots of play and of course snuggle time with the boys. Like always our time there felt too short but hopefully we will all get to see each other real soon.

Is it nap time yet?

The mommies with their boys!

Parker with Cousin Lee. The 2 of them watched a little TV before Parker had to get back in the car to head home.

Morning snuggles

Apparently we all love snuggling and kissing on Parker. This particular morning it was Copper's turn.

Friday Night Party At The Fishers

Last Friday night Parker and I went over to my friend Tricia's house for a pajama play date and some pizza. Parker and his main squeeze Bentley (5 months) had fun playing together with toys. When they got bored with that they enjoyed watching Bentley's older brother Cooper (2 years). He's great entertainment. Once the kids went to bed Tricia and I were able to enjoy some much needed girl time.

Parker got tired a little sooner then Bentley but she wasn't ready for him to go to bed yet. As I was holding him, Bentley would roll, grab his sock, and then proceed to eat it. She did this several times. We got a few good laughs out of it. What a silly girl!

GO PIRATES!!!

Way to go Pirates! We took Parker to his first ECU football game over the weekend. It was a great game. And Yes WE BEAT UNC!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!! We watched the first half with Parker sleeping in the Bjorn. Once he woke up though it was a little loud for him so he and I met our friends (and our neighbors) Beth and her son Chase in the Pirate club house. It was quiter, we could still keep up with the game, Chase could run around and Parker fell asleep again. Wally went and watched the game with Ryan ( Chase's daddy) and other friends. We couldn't have attended the game with out great friends like Ryan and Beth. They helped us out quite a bit so that Parker could enjoy himself. We really appreciate everything esp. the ability to use the clubhouse and access to your car. Thank You! We had a great time.

My little Pirate!

What a Glorious Score!

My 1st Boat Ride

We took Parker out on the boat for the first time over the Labor Day weekend. We went out on the river. We rode around for a little bit and then ate lunch on the boat. Parker seemed to enjoy the ride. While we ate lunch we flipped over one of the pads from the leaning post and let him lay in it. It was curved so he fit great and could wiggle around. It also gave him a brief break from the life jacket. He really enjoyed it when other boats would ride by. He would kick his legs and wiggle every time the waves rocked the boat. Smiling the whole time of course. As you can see by the last picture, he tired himself out and fell asleep on the way back to the dock.

Date Night!

Wally and I went on our first official date since Parker was born. We went out for dinner and a movie. We had a great time. We really appreciate GiGi and Pappa Timm watching Parker for the evening while we went out. We are sure Parker had a great time too. Thanks to you both and we look forward to going out again soon. We Love You!

Silly Boy

Parker has recently found himself in the mirror that is near him in the car. He frequently smiles and coos at himself when we are driving around. It's hysterical. I caught it on camera the other day and had to share it.
