Wally went fishing with a few friends this weekend and while they were out, four dolphin swam up to the boat. They were around the boat for about 10-15 minutes. They swam on their backs, sides and even splashed the boat. They got so close that James got to touch one. Ryan happened to get some of them on video underwater. Hope you enjoy. They really are beautiful animals.

Dolphins At Play

Look what I can do!
Parker started grabbing at his spoon the day before his birthday thinking he was big enough to start feeding himself. And, well, I guess he was right. Ever since then he will grab for it with either hand, and feed himself. Most foods he still needs my help to scoop of course but he does the rest. What a big boy!

Parker loving his new climb n slide. Thanks to Jake and Jenna. Parker can't wait to play on it with you two!
Trucks, in the tub? Definitely endless fun!
Oh yea, and I'm a big boy now. I can ride forward. He is definitely enjoying looking at everything in front of him, including us.

Parker's Birthday Party!
Well Parker's party couldn't have been more perfect. We had fabulous weather and about 50 friends and family. We had it in our backyard with all kinds of water activities for the kids (and adults who dared). We had a blowup waterslide, 2 pools and a sprinkler. There was even a game of corn hole for adults thanks to Granddad Hansen. Parker definitely enjoyed himself playing in the water and walking between all the different activities. He even learned how to kick a ball. We had a cupcake cake for him in the shape of a fish. It was fun watching the kids eat those as it turned their mouths blue or green. They were good though. He got some wonderful gifts and has enjoyed playing with his new variety of toys. I have finally found a spot for them all. We really enjoyed his special day and we really appreciate all those who came to share it with us (esp. those who drove from out of town). Hope you enjoy the pictures. You can see more in the link to the right, just click on the picture.

The presents!!! Holy cow!
Parker pants like a dog when he sees dogs (real or in books) and a lot of times if you ask him what a dog says. Aunt Susie and Uncle Scott gave him the book Go Dog Go (which he LOVES!) and we caught him panting on camera.
