FRIENDS

Beth, Karen, Alexis, Me, Deanna, Tricia with baby Bentley and Sara

Our first shower was such a blast. It was held at Grandma and Grandpa Timm's house and was hosted by my wonderful sisters. The day was filled with great food including a gorgeous cake, fun games and the best company. It was wonderful to see all of you. Thank you for all the fantastic gifts for the baby and nursey. We are truly blessed to have the support of such loving family and friends.

Fun Shower Games

My sisters planned out several fun games for everyone at the shower. We all had fun tasting different babyfoods and guessing the flavor. My best friend Kelly Dreyer was the winner of this game. We also had to guess the type of candybars that were melted into diapers. They all looked like poo. The winner of this game was Mary Sue Clark. The winner of completing nursery rhymes was Sara Jackson and son Jake. The winner of guessing the measurement of my belly was Joy Morton. For this game a special award was given to soon to be Grandma Hansen for sweetly underestimating my size. And finally Hannah Deis collected the most diaper pin necklaces from guests who couldn't refrain from saying BABY. Thanks everybody for joining in the fun and playing the games.

Messages From Your Loved Ones

Baby Hansen,
We look forward to Kissing and holding you soon. You are a precious gift from God to all of us, Love Grandma and Grandpa Timm

We are anxious and excited about your arrival. We hope you are healthy and are ready for the active lifestyle your mom and dad have planned for you.
Love, Grandparents Buster and Carol Hansen

Baby Hansen: I never knew that something so tiny and unknown could make such a major impact on our lives. You have brought so much joy and excitement to all of us and you are not even born yet. I can tell that you are going to be a smart kid and I like that you give your mom such a hard time already. Just know that you are going to be loved like no other child has been loved before. You have the most wonderful parents in the world that are so deserving of something as special as you. Being a parent already seems second nature to both of them. Don't ever take anything for granted and know that each day is a blessing from God. Make sure to take risks and always reach for the stars. You cannot be perfect all of the time and you cannot learn without making mistakes. However, when you do make those mistakes, we will all be there to help pick you up and move on. We love you and cannot wait to meet the most precious gift from above.
Love, Aunt Susie and Uncle Scott
P.S. Make sure you give your mom a run for her money sometimes............she needs a taste of her own medicine.

Baby Hansen,
We are looking forward to meeting you very soon! You are coming into a family that will love you more than you will ever know. We anticipate your arrival and cannot wait to hold, kiss, love and get to know you. You have wonderful parents and two beautiful black lab brothers that I know can’t wait to kiss and love you as well. We will support you in everything that you do and we will teach you about life itself. We love you so much and we will be waiting to meet you when you decide it is your time to enter the world! You are definitely a true gift from God! We love you!
Love, Aunt Kerry and Uncle Nick

Baby Hansen,
The world will be a little brighter once you’re here!
Love, Aunt Victoria

My wish for Baby Hansen:
Ten little fingers, ten little toes
Two perfect ears, a button nose
His father’s courage, his mother’s grace
A heart of gold, an angel’s face
A love of boats, a passion for catching fish
Above all, a happy, meaningful life is what I wish.
Love, Aunt Cindy
