Parker's Birthday Party!

Well Parker's party couldn't have been more perfect. We had fabulous weather and about 50 friends and family. We had it in our backyard with all kinds of water activities for the kids (and adults who dared). We had a blowup waterslide, 2 pools and a sprinkler. There was even a game of corn hole for adults thanks to Granddad Hansen. Parker definitely enjoyed himself playing in the water and walking between all the different activities. He even learned how to kick a ball. We had a cupcake cake for him in the shape of a fish. It was fun watching the kids eat those as it turned their mouths blue or green. They were good though. He got some wonderful gifts and has enjoyed playing with his new variety of toys. I have finally found a spot for them all. We really enjoyed his special day and we really appreciate all those who came to share it with us (esp. those who drove from out of town). Hope you enjoy the pictures. You can see more in the link to the right, just click on the picture.

This was Parker's face when he woke up from his nap and walked outside and saw his backyard full of friends and water activities. He was in awe.

The waterslide! So much fun!

Parker hanging with the boys (Jake and Chase). This is one of my favorite pictures.

The presents!!! Holy cow!

Parker pants like a dog when he sees dogs (real or in books) and a lot of times if you ask him what a dog says. Aunt Susie and Uncle Scott gave him the book Go Dog Go (which he LOVES!) and we caught him panting on camera.

Looks like a blast! I love the huge waterslide, I bet all of the kids really ate that one up! Parker's cake was adorable too. It's hard to believe he is already one!

I love the surprised look on his face and that cupcake fish is adorable!! Looks like everyone had a great time. What I want to see is Wally curled up like Parker after the party! :)

It's amazing what "little bit" Parker is, but MAN, in that crib, he looks like a 5 year old!!! I could just eat him up...that picture of him "panting" with the tongue stuck out is way too cute! We had fun at the party! Thanks for inviting us!
